Kitty Hawk Kites is hosting the Outer Banks Pirate Festival September 13th through September 15th. The festival will be held at the Kitty Hawk Kites in Nags Head, NC, located at milepost 12.5. The event is free to the public and will be full of family pirate fun for visitors and residents of all ages.
