The
Bad Bean Taqueria, located in Corolla, Outer
Banks was inspired by the many taquerias
that are scattered along the Pacific Coast
from Northern California to the tip of Baja.
Our
goal is to provide fresh, simple ingredients
prepared from scratch using authentic flavors
and techniques that define true Mexican
cuisine. We use dried Mexican peppers such
as Gaujillos, Pasillas, Ancho, Chipotles
as well as a variety of fresh peppers and
spices that add just the right punch of
flavor.
