That is a perfect example of an oxymoron. No buffet is Good.

I disagree. We went to a buffet and it was very good. A nice mixture of fried and broiled/steam fish and shrimp.

I have to agree with the other posters. Jimmys is very good. I believe it is in Kitty Hawk. Go and enjoy!

Carolina Seafood Buffet in Kill Devil Hills (MP 6.5) is MUCH better than Jimmy's and costs about the same. The atmosphere is better, too.

Carolina and Jimmys are dumps that serve sub par food. Look at the car tags in the parking lots. You'll never see a local eating that crap!

Where would you suggest a good local seafood restaurant that won't take you to the bank?

Carolina Seafood Buffet is the BEST!! They have really changed up, the food is something you would never expect on a buffet. Lots of homemade recipies all cooked great. Our experience was full of friendly staff and good eating. We had a Blast and left HAPPY!!!!
