Where can you get information about Dowdy's Amusement Park, Nags Head Raceway, mini golf places, etc.? I can't seem to find any info anywhere I look. Any luck with yall?

Thanks. I've still got a while before we leave, but I'm just not sure what is worth seeing up there. We live in Asheville, and we haven't been to the coast before.

Waterfalls Park is fun but pricey. two different Go carts- dirt carts waterslides.
There are books of tickets that you can save some money.

There are a group of us (17), most with children under the age of 8, coming to the outer banks next august. Can anyone suggest an area that would be good for us to stay (children friendly)?

We always stay where we have access to the Village at Nags Head Beach Club. It has an Olympic-sized swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, game room, kids activities, shuttle service, Wednesday night cookouts during the summer and more! There is a walkway to the beach and the kids love to be able to use the pool also! They have kids activies every day. There are 15 of us that go together every year. Enjoy!
