Subject: Suggested time for wedding?

We are planning a May 07'wedding on the beach in Duck. We want an evening reception; however, for the ceremony to still be light outside. Any suggestions for a good time? Thanks!

We got married in May in Corolla and had an outdoor ceremony at 5pm. That was a perfect time for us because our reception was at a house in Duck on the sound. We were then able to have a great sunset during the reception. It truly was awesome. I hope your wedding is memorable as well.

Thank you so much for your reply! I was considering 4:30 or 5:00. So that helps me decide! We are really excited about having our wedding in the OBX! So happy yours was so wonderful!
