Subject: Bushels of crab in Corolla
We are going on vacation in Corolla, does anyone know where we can purchase bushels of crab close by? I would prefer them to be steamed and seasoned already. Any help woud be appreciated.

I called Steamers, they do NOT sell bushels of steamed crab. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Don't know of a restaurant, but we got them from a guy off his boat last year and they were good. We got his number from a pamphlet at the visitor's center. They were a good price. Of course you will have to steam them yourself, but that's half the fun!

Bluewater Seafood Market in Corolla, just across from the ABC store. (same group of buildings as The Pizza Guy.)
$150 a full bushel, $80 a half bushel. Give them a couple days notice. Nice folks, great fish market.

For other prepared seafood in Corolla:
