Subject: favorite restaurants?

What are your favorite restaurants and why?

Mine:

1) Tale of the Whale. On scenic Manteo causeway, good food and value, live music on gazebo, family friendly
2) Tortuga's Lie. Funky, good appetizers and drink selection. Margaritaville on the OBX!
3) Mako Mikes. Creative decor, family friendly, good menu

Queen Anne's Revenge in Wancheese?

Outer Banks Brewing Station - a bit on the expensive side but the best steak on the beach! I hear their seafood is wonderful too but I'm not a seafood person.

Kelly's. Excellent-did not know where to stary on the menu-then could not stop. So many choices. We all shared our dinners. And now I know why they are know for the sweet potato biscuits WITH HAM! OH MY!. They even give you the recipe.
