Subject: South Nags Head

We are considering visiting this area during August.

From your personal experiences, could you share the best real estate companies to use for this area?

Also, we are looking for a 3 bedroom house within a five minute walk to beach. The house must be non smoking and no pets allowed.
Looking to spend around $1700.

I would appreciate any recommendations that you may have.

there is a home in South Nags Head called
Stealla Maris... it is with the same company, Village Realty. Their website is www.villagerealtyobx.com. this one is on the beach road. good luck, that is a nice vacation area on the outer banks

We needed 3 bedrooms too and decided on a condo. But they have a lot of propertys. You just have to scroll down the list or you can do a search.

I did a mini search for you, using different dates in Aug. and had no luck. I think its because that really is prime season when the rates are much higher. You might want to consider a townhouse/condo which are just as nice. I think 3 bedroom houses are hard to come by unless they are bungalows. Good luck.

This is only a two bedroom but there is a sleeper couch, right on the beach.

The rates drop significantly after mid-August. They have many within a very short walk to the beach! Their site is really easy to navigate too.
