Subject: Ocean Sands
Where is the Ocean Sands area? I can't seem to locate it on any of the maps I have.

Ocean Sands is on the northern part of the Outer Banks, in Corolla. Nice beaches, very family oriented community. Close to shopping, dining, etc.

I saw a vacation rental there at Indian Summer Condos. The price was oddly reasonable.

Great community, but watch out for flooding streets during a heavy storm or tropical storm. Was renting a great house during ERNESTO. Our house was on a dune. so we were lucky. Nice place though lots of trials to beach.
